Art Notes: Madame Marthesine of the Lost is screaming at the signature circle. They're in what looks to be a huge pile of junk in a land of junk. The junk the signature circle is standing in is being blown back by the force of the scream, and the signature circle looks to be hurting. Except Dace. He's parried it.
I like the perspective. The circles sell the voice attack, but the images of the characters I think could use some distortion effect. You can see it in the ground, but the lines of the characters look find. I just think it would give it more of a shock wave feel.
Shock waves can be seen. It kind of warps the light. I saw an episode of "Mythbusters". They exploded a huge bomb while testing a myth. It was so large when you watched it in slow motion you could see the shock wave.
