Open Canvas. (because I actually have it) I might like something else if I could get my hands on it for free!

I use mostly oekaki Shi painter but I would love to learn other programs. I like Shi painter because the watercolor tool blends smoothly.

Well, I'd go with Photoshop just by its sheer capabilities.

Mypaint is an awesome program. I use photoshop and illustrator as well, but I have also found that I really like drawing with flash; you can come back in with another program to give your picture that painterly look. Anyway, back to mypaint; it is similar to painter but it is less of a resource hog while it can give results similar to painter on your first run of the program.

SAI wins my heart.

I like the resources. It's very easy management for me and I be very satisfied with the final results.
